Designed to Scale Your Brand

Web platforms, mobile applications, bilingual search and AI automation — built for businesses operating in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and across the GCC, and measured against outcomes agreed before the work starts.

WHERE PROJECTS GO WRONG

Most businesses don’t lack tools. They lack systems that talk to each other.

A website from one supplier, a CRM configured by another, ad accounts held by an agency that has moved on, and a finance process running on spreadsheets. Each part works. The seams are where the money leaks.

The Problem

Disconnected tools, manual seams

Enquiries arrive in an inbox and get copied into a CRM by hand. Invoices are read by a person and typed into an accounting system. Every handover is a place where something is delayed, duplicated or lost entirely.

What It Costs

Slow response, invisible leakage

Leads go cold while they wait to be assigned. Month-end stalls behind data entry. None of it shows up as a line item, so it never gets fixed — it just quietly caps how fast the business can grow.

The Resolution

One connected system, built once

We build the platform and close the seams between the parts — site to CRM, documents to accounting, enquiries to a named owner. Fewer handovers, and the ones that remain are automatic and auditable.

IN DETAIL

What each service actually involves

The specifics — the problem it solves, what gets delivered, and the technologies we use to do it.

01

Web Development & UI Engineering

Your website looks acceptable, but it takes four seconds to load on a phone in Al Barsha, and the enquiry form sends an email nobody assigns.

Slow pages cost you twice. Visitors leave before the hero image finishes rendering, and Google reads the same slowness through Core Web Vitals, quietly ranking you below competitors with lighter sites. Meanwhile every enquiry that lands in a shared inbox is a lead nobody owns. Most UAE businesses discover this only after a quarter of soft numbers, when the cause is already months old.

We rebuild the front end on Next.js with server-side rendering, so the first meaningful paint happens before a template-based site has finished loading its scripts. Forms route into your CRM with an owner and a timestamp attached. Arabic and English are treated as first-class from the first commit, not retrofitted, which matters when half your audience reads right-to-left.

Outcome: A site your sales team trusts, and a performance baseline you can hold us to.
02

Mobile & App Development

Your field team runs on WhatsApp messages and a spreadsheet that someone reconciles every evening.

It works until it doesn’t. A job gets logged twice, a delivery window is missed, and the only record of what was agreed is in a chat thread on a technician’s personal phone. As headcount grows, the evening reconciliation stops being an inconvenience and starts being a full role. Worse, none of that operational data is anywhere you can analyse it.

We build the app around the workflow your team already has, rather than asking them to adopt someone else’s. Offline-first data capture means a technician in a basement car park can still complete a job card, syncing when signal returns. Where a single codebase is genuinely the right call we use React Native or Flutter; where performance or device APIs demand it, we write native Swift and Kotlin and say so.

Outcome: The evening reconciliation disappears, because the data was correct when it was captured.
03

SEO & Digital Marketing

You rank for your own brand name and almost nothing else, while paid search quietly absorbs the budget that should be building an asset.

Brand-name traffic is people who already know you. It flatters a dashboard without adding a single new customer. Meanwhile the UAE market is genuinely bilingual — a large share of high-intent searches happen in Arabic, and a site that treats Arabic as a translation layer rather than a language competes for half the market. Every month without organic coverage is another month of renting attention that stops the moment you pause the ads.

We start with a technical audit in Google Search Console, because rankings built on a crawlable, fast, correctly structured site hold their position. Then we build topical coverage around the questions your buyers actually type, in both languages. Paid media runs alongside as a fast feedback loop, telling us which messages convert before we commit editorial effort to them.

Outcome: Organic becomes an asset you own, and paid stops being the only thing holding up the pipeline.
04

Content & Social Media Marketing

You publish when someone has time, which means you publish inconsistently, and the archive doesn’t add up to anything.

Search engines and audiences both reward depth on a subject. Twelve unrelated posts across a year signal nothing; twelve posts that thoroughly cover one problem your buyer has signal that you own the topic. Sporadic publishing also burns the expensive part — the thinking — on content that gets one week of reach and then disappears.

We plan in topic clusters rather than individual posts, so each piece reinforces the others and the whole set builds authority on a subject you want to be known for. Social becomes distribution for that thinking rather than a separate content treadmill. Everything is written for a specific reader with a specific problem, which is also, not coincidentally, what search engines reward.

Outcome: An archive that compounds, instead of a feed that resets every week.
05

Branding, Graphic & 3D Design

Your logo appears in four different colours depending on which file someone happened to open.

Inconsistency reads as carelessness, and in a market as competitive as the UAE it costs you credibility before a conversation starts. It also wastes real money — every campaign restarts the same debates about typefaces and spacing, and every new supplier reinvents your look slightly differently. The cost is invisible because it is spread across everyone.

We build an identity system, not just a logo: defined colour values, a type scale, spacing rules, and templates for the formats you actually produce. Where a product benefits from being shown before it exists, we model and render it in 3D. The output is a set of files and rules your team and your suppliers can follow without asking us.

Outcome: One brand, applied the same way by everyone, without you policing it.
06

AI Development & Automation

Someone on your team spends the first two hours of every day copying values from PDF invoices into a system that could have read them.

That work is expensive, it is error-prone precisely because it is boring, and it does not scale — doubling volume means doubling the hours. It also delays everything downstream: reconciliation waits on data entry, and month-end waits on reconciliation. The people doing it are usually capable of far more valuable work.

We automate the specific, repetitive step rather than selling a platform. Document extraction reads invoices and delivery notes into your accounting system with a confidence score, routing only the uncertain ones to a human. WhatsApp enquiries get qualified and written to your CRM with the context attached. Every automation includes a review path, because unattended AI making financial decisions is not a system we would put our name on.

Outcome: Those two hours come back, and the error rate on data entry stops being a rounding assumption.
HOW WE WORK

A process you can hold us to

Written scope, staging access throughout, and success measures agreed before the first line of code.

01

Discovery & Scope

We map the workflow before proposing anything. You get a written scope with deliverables, assumptions and what is explicitly out of scope — so there is no ambiguity later.

02

Architecture & Design

Technical approach and interface design agreed before build starts, in Figma with real content. Changing a layout at this stage costs an afternoon, not a sprint.

03

Build & Review

Delivery in reviewable increments on a staging URL you can open any time. You see progress weekly rather than waiting for a reveal at the end.

04

Launch & Iterate

Launch with analytics and monitoring in place from day one, then a defined support window. We stay accountable to the numbers we agreed at discovery.

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

What clients say about working with us

Three businesses we have delivered for across accounting, e-commerce and retail.

Corporate website & enquiry routing

We needed a site that made sense to a business owner trying to understand corporate tax, not just one that looked professional. MINT spent time understanding how our advisory work actually runs before designing anything. Enquiries now arrive with the right context attached, so our consultants spend less time qualifying and more time advising.

Multi-language e-commerce storefront

Our previous storefront lost people at checkout and the catalogue was slow to load on mobile. The rebuild fixed both. Multi-language was handled properly rather than bolted on afterwards, which matters for our customers across the Emirates. What stood out was being kept in the loop weekly instead of waiting for a reveal at the end.

They understood the brand before touching the design. The typography, the product merchandising, the pacing of each page — it holds together in a way our previous site never did. Customers stay longer, and the collection pages finally feel like the brand we talk about in the studio.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions worth asking any agency

How long does a typical project take?

A corporate website on Next.js usually runs six to ten weeks from discovery to launch. Mobile applications run twelve to twenty weeks depending on platform count and backend complexity, plus App Store and Google Play review time. Automation projects are often faster — a document extraction pipeline can be in production in three to five weeks. We give a specific range in the written scope rather than a generic estimate.

Do you work in Arabic as well as English?

Yes, and we treat them as two audiences rather than one audience and a translation. That means right-to-left layouts built into the design system, correct hreflang pairing so search engines serve the right version, and Arabic copy written for intent rather than machine-translated from English. Search behaviour genuinely differs between the two languages, and content that ignores this competes for only part of the UAE market.

Why build on Next.js instead of WordPress or a page builder?

Page builders are a reasonable choice for a simple brochure site with no performance requirement. They struggle once you need speed under load, custom logic, integrations with internal systems, or control over how search engines render your pages. Next.js gives server-side rendering, route-level code splitting and direct control over Core Web Vitals. Where WordPress is the right fit — a content-heavy publication with non-technical editors — we will say so.

What does AI automation realistically replace, and what does it not?

It reliably replaces high-volume, rule-shaped, repetitive work: reading structured documents, routing enquiries, drafting first-pass replies, reconciling records against known criteria. It does not replace judgement, and we do not deploy unattended AI on decisions involving money, compliance or a customer relationship. Every automation we build includes a confidence threshold and a human review path for anything below it.

How do you measure whether the work succeeded?

We agree the measure at discovery, before the build, so it cannot be redefined afterwards. For a website that is usually qualified enquiries and Core Web Vitals field data. For SEO it is non-brand organic traffic and cost per qualified lead. For automation it is processing time and error rate against the manual baseline we record before starting. Reporting ties activity to those numbers rather than to impressions.

Do you own the code and accounts, or do we?

You do. Repositories, hosting, domains, analytics properties and ad accounts are created in your name or transferred to you at launch. We hold access to support you, not to hold you. If you decide to move to another partner, everything goes with you and we will hand over cleanly — which is the only arrangement that makes sense for a long-term relationship.

Tell us what’s slowing you down.

A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we are the right fit — and we will say so if we are not.
